Brand new IPA! Restrained bitterness combined with a unique aroma makes this a great beer to pair with any food or anywhere you want to have a tasty IPA and a good time. Hopped with Simcoe, Krush, and Mosaic hops.

Born during the now infamous NYC Earthquake, once the dust settled and arising from the ashes and rubble came this strawberry sour. Grain bill of American pilsner, oats, and wheat which gives the beer a thick mouthfeel. we fermented with Philly Sour and hopped with azacca. Cold conditioned on strawberry puree. Pours a brilliant pink color with heavy notes of strawberry smoothie.

Base of American 2-row and American Pilsner malt with a touch of carahell. Hopped in the kettle with magnum and crystal. Full bodied but also quaffable. We are tasting fresh baked bread, with a hint of sweetness.
